Getting by public transport

There is a direct Express minibus route number 116 operating from the Airport to Baku City centre. Service runs every 30 minutes beginning from early in the morning until late night.

The bus leaves outside the Airport building, across the parking area. The service terminates at S. Vurgun's park on the 28 May street. The journey takes approximately 30-40 minutes. The fare is 30 qapik.

Getting by car or motorcycle

The airport is located 20 km northeast of the capital Baku and is linked to the city by two modern highways - Aiport Highway (14km) and Zigh-Airport Highway (17km). The journey from city centre to the airport by car takes approximately 30 min-40 min depending of the traffic conditions.

2-3 hours - 2 man

3-8 hours - 3 man

8-12 hours - 4 man

12-24 hours - 5 man

Parking Pay Points are located on the exit of arrivals areas in both terminals, on the second floor of both terminals, before the exit tollgate and at Baku Cargo Terminal building

Penalty fare of 40 manats applies in case of losing or damaging the ticket
