Immigration Control (International Arrivals)

After completing visa formalities (if applicable), international passengers must proceed to immigration control for entry clearance into the Republic of Azerbaijan.


Immigration Control Locations

Immigration control facilities are located as follows:

  • Terminal 1:
    Immigration counters are located on the second level.
  • Terminal 2 North:
    Immigration counters are located on the first level.

Passengers should follow terminal signage and airport staff instructions to reach the correct immigration area.


Immigration Clearance Process

At immigration control, passengers are required to:

  • Present a valid passport
  • Present a visa or residence permit, if required
  • Respond to questions from the immigration officer, if requested

Passengers are advised to have all travel documents ready to ensure a smooth and efficient process.


Immigration Counters

Immigration counters are clearly marked and typically separated by passenger category, such as:

  • Foreign Citizens
  • Azerbaijan Citizens
  • Diplomatic Passports

Passengers should proceed to the appropriate counter based on their nationality and travel document.
